How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number, you can also log in

to your Laezzha account to track all your orders.

Can I change my purchase?

Yes, you have 30 days after the delivery of your order to change your purchase; you just need to send us an email to info@laezzha.com.co.y and we will give you the steps to follow.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return your purchase 30 days after delivery; the item must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.

To return it, send us an email to info@laezzha.com.co. After completing the entire process and verifying the status of your Laezzha, we will process your refund.
