Refund policy

The following purchases are eligible for a refund under the following conditions: Refunds are processed 15 days after the purchase is received, the purchase must be in perfect condition, with original packaging, tags, and clean. The following products are not eligible for a refund (bodys, ropa interior, trajes de baño, bonos de regalo y cosméticos)

The shipping cost to return the item and process the refund is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item and inspect its condition upon arrival, we proceed to verify if it is eligible for a refund. Once the item or items pass our filters, the money will be returned to the customer through the same payment method used
