EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FORM
You have a maximum of 30 days to make exchanges and request warranties.
To make an exchange, the original product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, it must be in perfect condition and cannot have been used.
You must fill out the following form by clicking here to start the process; once received we will continue with the corresponding procedure.
Keep in mind the following steps:
- with the information from the form, we generate a shipping guide that we must print and attach to the package to be returned.
- Take this package to the carrier office we assign for your return.
- Upon receiving your garment and verifying that it is in good condition we will send you the new garment.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns must be borne by the buyer.
NOTE: warranty exchange shipments are covered by us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- socks, body suits, swimwear bottoms and other underwear that are non-returnable.
- If the garment shows any sign of use, bad odor, sweat, makeup or deodorant stains.
- If the garments have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, color, sharp objects.
- By improper washing such as washing different from what the garment requires. for example, mixing a white garment with a colored garment or leaving a garment that has undergone a dyeing process to soak.
PLEASE NOTE:
The useful life of any product depends on how you use it. products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the product's reasonable useful life will not be replaced.
